Parent Town Hall – Venue Coordinator

When: To Be Determined Where: TBD Open Volunteer Spots: 1

Duties:  Assist in locating venue.  Coordinate all communication with venue including necessary contract and payment, room set up, AV needs.  Day of Event place any directional signage, information signage.

Time Commitment:  Approximately 4-6 hours a month with majority of work in January and March.

Qualifications:  Experience working with event coordinators, some knowledge of area venues, strong communication skills, space planning skills.

Planning meetings with the Community Strong Team will be shared as the schedule is confirmed.
