A Futures Wheel handout:
This is another foresight tool that is useful for teams when they are trying to have a divergent conversation. Brainstorming is challenging because – most of the time – it is too unstructured. This is a Futures Wheel. It centers on a speculated big change in the center and then your team can tell the story of what that change could mean for you and others impacted by the change.
