I’m sure we’ve all heard someone say, “I only run if someone is chasing me!” Unfortunately there aren’t enough people, creatures, etc that chase us regularly enough to see the health benefits.
Running doesn’t have to be sprinting. Running doesn’t have to be a marathon. Running can be what you make of it.
