“I believe Community Strong can make an impact on our community health by sharing information/events and bringing awareness to living a healthier lifestyle even with our busy schedules. Its easy to feel we lack time and/or money to join a gym, so for me, simply adding a walk or bike ride as am optional way to work will ultimately make me healthier. I also believe Community Strong can bring more awareness to our residents, the value of travelling safely, and the healthy impact going places by foot or bicycle have on our well-being.”
