May 30, 2019  (Thursday)

5:00 – 8:00 PM

Come take a spin with your Chamber friends!

We’ll meet at 5:00pm, unload our bikes & start out with a short clinic on some basic ride fundamentals which include how to fix a flat & how to lube and care for your bike.

Then around 6:00pm, we’ll head out for an easy, guided, out & back ride (5 or 10 mile options) – mostly on the Katy Trail & when we return, we’ll celebrate our “Tour” at Mission Taco with a couple tasty appetizers!

All bike styles are welcome but since we will be riding on the Katy Trail, bikes with wider tires work best.

Don’t forget to bring a water bottle & wear your helmet!

January Network Luncheon

Hosted by Community Council

January 9, 2020  (Thursday)

The census provides an official count of the United States population and information about important demographic changes over a decade. The data are used to ensure states are being fairly represented, both in the allotment of federal dollars and the number of congressional districts. The federal funds driven by census estimates go toward numerous programs aimed at helping undeserved communities. The 2020 Census faces several challenges that could prevent an accurate and complete count. It’s on all of us to make sure that Missouri Counts.

Alexandra (Alex) Rankin the Interim Director of Health Policy for Missouri Foundation for Health will be the featured speaker.
