Kristen Ernst, LPC is proud to partner with Community Strong to educate the community about the signs of caregiver fatigue and how to combat it in this current climate of crisis. Caregiver fatigue looks different in many roles as a parent, as a business owner, or as an educator, and Kristen looks forward to sharing some tips on how to identify if you are dealing with this fatigue and how to mindfully mitigate these symptoms and create an environment of intention, meaning and wellness.

Kristen Ernst, LPC is the Director of Grief Services for Baue Funeral Homes and The Center for Hope and Healing. Kristen has years of experience working with hospice patients and their families. She contributes as a specialist in grief support and bereavement in private practice and as a facilitator and educator in the community. She has had previous experience working with survivors of childhood abuse and trauma, and is also dedicated to her work in suicide prevention and awareness. Kristen enjoys assisting in the development of people’s self-advocacy, coping with grief, and creating a safe and conducive environment for people to empower themselves for a better quality of life.You are invited to a Zoom webinar.
