Cooking Matters at Home – Aging Ahead, presented by MU Extension

Cooking Matters at Home is a free 4-week series of weekly classes during which participants learn how to prepare healthy, delicious meals and stretch their food dollars. This course also offers ideas for how families can use what foods are available to create quick, family-friendly, low-cost meals. Each class consists of a nutrition lesson, group discussion, and hands-on learning while preparing a full meal in the comfort of your own home.

This program was partially funded by USDA’s Supplemental Nutrition Program as part of SNAP-ED, brought to you by Cooking Matters, and is only available for those who meet income eligibility requirements. Please contact the St. Louis County Extension Office at (314) 400-7298 to see if your organization qualifies.
