Is stress controlling your life? This 8-session course aims to help participants manage stress levels and improve overall lifestyle behaviors. Many of these techniques can be incorporated into your normal routine to improve peace of mind. This course can either be done in 4 2-hour long weekly sessions or 8 1-hour long sessions over 8 weeks.

Stress Management (SCC Department of Health) 

Free of Charge; Classes are by request; – This class will discuss causes of stress, how stress affects the body, and ways to alleviate stress in your life.  Relaxation techniques will be reviewed and practiced. https://www.sccmo.org/738/Health-Education-Classes

Active Parenting of Teens (SCC Department of Health) 

Free of Charge; Classes are by request; – This multi-session class covers:

    • Parent(s)/Caregiver(s) will learn about different parenting and discipline techniques while teens learn ways to survive and thrive in their adolescent years.
