Mission

Advent Behavioral Care’s board certified Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) integrate knowledge and techniques from behavioral and medical sciences.  They do this to provide comprehensive treatment for a wide range of mental health and behavioral care issues.  At Advent Behavioral Care they take great pride in offering exceptional quality and result- focused treatment to our patients.  And through their compassionate and individualized patient care, they maintain their commitment of providing excellence in clinical care and customer service.

Provide services for children, adolescents, adults and seniors with substance use disorder, mental health and behavioral care issues.
Goal
Emphasizes the individual, hence creating a therapeutic environment based on the individual’s needs and varying severity of mental illness. They believe that an integrated, comprehensive treatment program, in combination with the appropriate social supports, can help individuals and their families recover from addiction and/or mental health issues.
Impact
Serves thousands of patients each year with exceptional care and treatment provided through three offices located in St. Peters, Washington and Kirkwood as well as with their contracted services provided at SSM St. Joseph Hospital, SSM St. Joseph Hospital Wentzville, SSM St. Joseph Hospital Lake St. Louis, SSM DePaul Hospital, SSM Health Hospital Emergency Rooms, The Aviary Recovery Center, Epworth Children and Family Services, St. Charles County Jail, numerous Assisted Living and Nursing Home communities and more.

Mission

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who struggle with a drinking problem. The program uses a simple list of principles to be followed in one’s daily life in order to hold them accountable and help them overcome their addiction. This program currently includes meetings being held remotely, but some information may change after the Covid-19 social distancing order is relaxed.
