Advent Behavioral Care’s board certified Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) integrate knowledge and techniques from behavioral and medical sciences.  They do this to provide comprehensive treatment for a wide range of mental health and behavioral care issues.  At Advent Behavioral Care they take great pride in offering exceptional quality and result- focused treatment to our patients.  And through their compassionate and individualized patient care, they maintain their commitment of providing excellence in clinical care and customer service.

Established in 1994, Behavioral Health Response is a private nonprofit corporation, the hub for an Access Crisis Intervention (ACI) system, that provides 24-hour access to mental health services to residents of the city of St. Louis, Missouri and the counties of St. Louis, St. Charles, Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln, Warren, Iron, St. Francois and Washington.

BHR provides confidential telephone counseling to people in mental health crises as well as mobile outreach services, community referral services and critical incident stress management (CISM). BHR’s crisis hotline and mobile outreach services are provided free of charge to the public by paid professional staff who have masters degrees in their respective behavioral science disciplines.
